Assessment of tourist satisfaction with historical monuments (case study: Isfahan Ali Ghapoo Palace). mmi 2017; 7 (13) :63-78

Research and analytical descriptive survey aimed to measure the satisfaction of tourists visit the monument of experience Alighapoo, prioritize the satisfaction of different dimensions and comparing the satisfaction of domestic and foreign tourists as the need to develop sustainable tourism monuments. The sample size was determined using a sample of 268 students. Data collection tools, questionnaire made by 42 variable reliability using Cronbach's alpha was approved in 74/0. The data collected using sample t-test T, T-test, Friedman test and chi were analyzed using SPSS software. The highest level of satisfaction varies according to the treatment and knowledge and then architecture and historic charm of the building. Satisfaction of seating and surroundings, transport and access and ultimately environmental quality and indoor facilities are in place by next satisfaction. Satisfaction as well as between the domestic and foreign tourists there are significant differences in terms of satisfaction and satisfaction of foreign tourists was lower in all cases of domestic tourists satisfaction
