fa بررسی سنجش نقاط ضعف، قوت، تهدیدها و فرصتها در محوطه میراث جهانی تخت‌جمشید و نقش رستم با تاکید بر موضوع مدیریت بحران و حفاظت پیشگیرانه" معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt;"><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;">چکیده:</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt;">موضوع مدیریت بحران و حفاظت پیشگیرانه یکی از مهمترین چالشهای آثار تاریخی به ویژه در محوطه های میراث جهانی که در فهرست یونسکو ثبت شده شده اند است. این مقاله به شناسایی پتانسیل‌ها و تهدیدات درزمینهی مدیریت بحران و حفاظت پیشگیرانه&nbsp; در محوطه میراث جهانی تخت‌جمشید و حرایم سه‌گانه آن که در سال 1979 در فهرست آثار جهانی یونسکو به ثبت رسیده است به‌طور خاص پرداخته و نقاط قوت، ضعف فرصت ها و تهدید ها پیش رو در محوطه میراث جهانی تخت جمشید و نقش رستم &nbsp;را مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار داده است. در این پژوهش از روش <span dir="LTR">SWOT </span>&nbsp;به بررسی عوامل بیرونی و درونی اعم از نقاط ضعف، قوت، تهدید ها و فرصت ها استفاده شده است. این پژوهش با ترسیم ماتریس <span dir="LTR">SWOT</span> به بررسی و&nbsp;&nbsp; ارایه استراتژی <span dir="LTR">(WT)</span> استراتژی در برابر نقاط ضعف داخلی و تهدیدات بیرونی،<span dir="LTR">(ST)</span> استراتژی در برابر نقاط قوت داخلی و تهدیدات بیرونی، <span dir="LTR">( WO)</span> استراتژی نقاط ضعف داخلی و فرصت های بیرونی و بالاخره <span dir="LTR">(SO) </span>&nbsp;به استراتژی نقاط قوت داخلی و فرصتهای بیرونی می پردازد. قابل ذکر است که نتایج مذکور جهت استفاده در چگونگی مدیریت بهینه در سایت های تخت جمشید و نقش رستم پیشنهاد می گردد و با توجه به روند مطالعات انجام شده در سایر محوطه های تاریخی نیز قابل استفاده خواهد بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"><strong>Evaluating of the Weakness, Strength, Opportunities and Threats in Persepolis World Heritage Site and Naqsh-e Rostam With an emphasis on Crisis Management and Precautionary Protection</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;">Crisis management and Precautionary protection is one of the most important challenges in the Historical Sites and Monuments, especially in the World Heritage Sites which have been registered in the UNESCO list. In this paper, at first, Specifically, we identify the potential and threats in field of crisis management in Persepolis World Heritage Site and Persepolis buffer zones that &nbsp;have been registered on World Heritage List in 1979 and have been analyzed towards the Strength, Weakness, opportunity and Threats in Persepolis World Heritage Site and Naqsh-e Rostam. In this research by using SWOT, internal and external factors, includes: weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities have been used.</p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;">In this research by drawing SWOT Matrix we investigate and show strategies (WT), strategies against internal weaknesses and external threats, (ST) strategy against internal strengths and external threats, (WO) strategy of internal weaknesses and external opportunities and&nbsp; finally, strategy of internal strengths and external opportunities.
