fa بررسی اولویت‌بندی ارزش‌های میراث معماری و شهرسازی مجموعه میدان نقش جهان اصفهان معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <p>چکیده<br> میراث فرهنگی هر کشوری، نشان‌دهنده فرهنگ، تاریخ و پیشینه‌ یک ملت است که دارای ارزش‌های مختلفی از جمله ارزش‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و تاریخی است، اما ارزیابی میراث از دید ارزش‌های نهفته در آن صورت نمی‌گیرد؛ بنابراین در برنامه‌ریزی برای حفاظت و نگهداری و یا بهره‌برداری از این میراث، ممکن است گاه ارزش‌هایی نادیده انگاشته شوند. از طرفی محدودیت در بودجه، زمان و نیروی انسانی، باعث الزام یک برنامه‌ اولویت‌بندی اقدام است. در این راستا، ارائه‌ یک اولویت‌بندی تخصصی از ارزش‌های نهفته در میراث از دید متخصصین حوزه مرمت، معماری و شهرسازی جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل ارزش‌های میراث معماری و شهرسازی، ضروری می‌نماید. از این‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی ارزش‌های مستتر در میدان نقش ‌جهان اصفهان به‌عنوان یک میراث ارزشمند و دارای اهمیت تاریخی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی اقدام جهت حفاظت و برنامه‌ریزی برای عناصر آن است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به شیوه‌ای توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی با استفاده از ابزار پرسش​نامه و با روش ANP، به شناخت و اولویت‌بندی ارزش‌های میراث معماری و شهرسازی در میدان نقش جهان با تأکید بر نظر متخصصین پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی‌ها نشان داد که فضای شهری میدان نقش جهان، اولویت اول، عمارت عالی‌قاپو در اولویت دوم، مسجد شیخ لطف‌الله در اولویت سوم، مسجد امام در اولویت چهارم و بازار قیصریه در اولویت پنجم به‌لحاظ ارزشی قرار دارند. اولویت ارزش‌های هر یک از مکان‌های میراثی، نشان از اولویت مداخله در خصوص سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای طرح‌ها است.</p> <p>Each country&#39;s cultural heritage indicates culture, history, and background of a nation, which has different social, economic, and historical values. However, the evaluation of these heritages does not take place considering the hidden values in them. Therefore, in planning for preservation or exploitation of these heritages some values in them may be ignored. On the other hand, constraint on the budget, time, and workforce necessitates to set a prioritized action plan. In this regard, it is necessary to provide a special priority of hidden values in heritages from the view of experts in the field of construction, architecture and urbanism to analyze the values of architectural and urban values. Naqshe Jahan Square in Isfahan as a valuable heritage with historical, social, cultural, and economic significance should be investigated to determine the priorities of its conservation and planning for its elements. In this regard, the present study with a descriptive &ndash; analytical manner and using the questionnaire and by ANP method was tried to identify and prioritize the values of architectural and urban values considering the expert&#39;s view.
