fa تحلیل توانمندی معماران محلی در فرآیند ساخت یخچال‌های سنتی مرمت Maremat پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"><font color="#000000">تکنولوژی ساخت در بناهای سنتی به عوامل گوناگونی مرتبط می‌شود، ازجمله شرایط اقلیمی، ویژگی‌های بومی و محلی هم چون توانمندی‌ها و مهارت معمار. شناخت فن‌آوری‌های ساخت در زمان گذشته در بناهای سنتی بخشی از ویژگی‌های مربوط به معماری محلی را آشکار خواهد ساخت. باگذشت زمان، جای گزین شدن تکنولوژی و پیشرفت شیوه‌های ساخت‌وساز، روش‌های ساخت سنتی ابنیه رو به فراموشی می‌روند که با مکتوب نمودن این روش‌ها می‌توان از گامی مؤثر درراه حفظ این روش‌ها برداشت. فن‌آوری ساخت یخچال‌ها در شهرهای گوناگون به شکل مستقیم از توانمندی معماران تأثیر می‌پذیرد. پژوهشگران بیشتر بر روی جنبه‌های تاریخی، نحوه عملکرد یخچال&shy;ها، اجزای آن&shy;ها و یا به شکل موردی بر روی برخی یخچال‌ها تحقیق کرده‌اند. این مقاله برای نخستین بار به شناخت شیوه‌های گوناگون ساخت یخچال‌ها و مقایسه‌ی آن‌ها و مکتوب نمودن شیوه‌ها پرداخته‌اند. روش داده اندوزی در این پژوهش ترکیبی از کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی می‌باشد. پس از مصاحبه با استادکاران سنتی شهرهای شرق و جنوب شرق ایران در رابطه با ساخت یخچال&shy;ها و مدل‌سازی مراحل ساخت به تحلیل و مقایسه انواع روش‌ها پرداخته خواهد شد. این مقاله بر آن است تا توانمندی معماران محلی در فرآیند ساخت یخچال‌های سنتی را در شهرهای شرق و جنوب شرق ایران را موردبررسی و مقایسه قرار دهد. با بررسی‌ و تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده آشکار شد مهارت و توانمندی معماران بومی در فن‌آوری ساخت بخش‌های گوناگون یخچال به‌ویژه در گنبد آن، نحوه اجرای قوس گنبد، چیدمان خشت&shy;های آن و ایستایی دیوار سایه‌انداز ظهور پیدا می‌کند و تفاوت‌های بسیاری را در فن‌آوری ساخت در مناطق مختلف را مشخص می‌سازد.</font></span></p> <p>Built technology in traditional buildings depends on different factors including local characteristics such as climatic conditions, and architect&#39;s capabilities and expertise. To recognize built technologies in the past in traditional buildings will manifest some part of feautures related to local architecture. Through elapsing time, replacement of technology and advancement in costruction&nbsp; methods, the traditional construction methods of buildings are forgotten that through documenting these methods, we might take an effective step towards preserving these methods.Built technology of ice houses in diverse cities is directly influenced by architects capabilities.</p> <p>Researchers have more studied on historical aspects, performance way of ice- houses, their constituents and/or some case form of ice houses. This reserch, for the first time, deals with recognising different methods for making ice houses, comparing them and documenting methods. The data collection method in the study is a combination of library and field ones. Having dealt with traditional experts of Iran eastern and southeastern cities respecting ice- houses construction and modeling costruction stages, the methods kinds will be analysed.</p> <p>The article intends to examine local architects capability in process of making traditional ice houses in Iran&#39;s western and southwestern cities.
