fa بازخوانی و بررسی مولفه‌های معماری میان‌افزا در راستای حفظ هویت کالبدی بناهای تاریخی ایران Rereading and examining the components of Infill Architecture in order to preserve the physical identity of Iran's historical monuments معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article یک بخش از یک شهر، که در آن ساختمان‌ها؛ بناها و آثار ارزشمند معماری و تاریخی وجود دارد، به عنوان یک بافت تاریخی و میراث فرهنگی شناخته می‌شود. این مناطق در اکثر کشورها تحت حمایت قرار گرفته و حفاظت و نگهداری می‌شوند. معمولاً این مناطق دارای اهمیت تاریخی و فرهنگی بالایی هستند و حفظ و احیای آن‌ها اهمیت زیادی دارد. هنگام بازسازی و نوسازی این مناطق، رعایت اصول و استانداردهای حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی امری ضروری است تا هویت و فرهنگ تاریخی آن‌ها حفظ شود. یکی اهداف اصلی این پژوهش، بازخوانی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر در طراحی در محدوده‌های ارزشمند تاریخی به منظور حفظ هویت بافت‌های تاریخی می‌باشد. این فرضیه مطرح است که عناصر کلی طراحی میان‌افزا از جمله "عناصر هویتی-معنایی"، "عناصر عملکردی"، "عناصر کالبدی" و "عناصر زیست‌محیطی" تأثیر مثبتی بر حفظ هویت کالبدی آثار تاریخی دارد. این تحقیق با همکاری متخصصین و بررسی گسترده‌ای از این عوامل، سعی دارد تا اهمیت حفظ و تقویت هویت کالبدی بافت‌های تاریخی از طریق روش‌های طراحی میان‌افزا را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. این بحث می‌تواند به شدت به تقویت هویت کالبدی بافت‌های تاریخی و درک بهتر از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن کمک کند. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. در مرحله اول، با بررسی جامع ادبیات تحقیق، مولفه‌های مؤثر بر طراحی میان‌افزا به طور دقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و سپس با تشکیل مدل نظری پژوهش برای بررسی فرضیه تحقیق، جامعه‌آماری از متخصصین حوزه معماری، مرمت و شهرسازی انتخاب و آنالیز داده‌ها به روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بهره گرفته شده است. به طور کلی، این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که همه این مؤلفه‌ها (هویتی-معنایی، عملکردی، کالبدی-محیطی و زیست-محیطی) به طور مثبت بر طراحی میان‌افزا تأثیر می‌گذارند و طراحی میان‌افزا نیز به نوبه خود بر حفظ هویت معماری بناهای تاریخی تأثیر مثبت دارد.   A section of a city containing buildings, landmarks, and valuable architectural and historical monuments is recognized as a historical fabric and cultural heritage. These areas are often protected and maintained across various countries due to their significant historical and cultural importance, making their preservation and revival vital. During the restoration and renovation of such sites, adhering to principles and standards for cultural heritage conservation is essential to retain their historical identity and culture. This study aims to revisit and assess the influential factors in design within historically significant precincts to safeguard their physical identity. The core hypothesis suggests that the overarching design elements of interstitial interventions, including "identity-symbolic components," "functional elements," "structural features," and "environmental aspects" collectively have a positive impact on preserving the physical identity of historical monuments. By collaborating with experts and conducting an extensive analysis of these factors, this research seeks to highlight the importance of maintaining and strengthening the physical identity of historical fabrics through Infill Architecture approaches. Such discussions could greatly contribute to enhancing the physical identity of historical precincts and provide deeper insights into the factors influencing it. The methodology employed in this study combines descriptive-analytical and survey-based approaches. First, an exhaustive review of existing literature was conducted to meticulously analyze the significant elements of interstitial design. Following this, a theoretical model was developed to evaluate the research hypotheses, and a statistical sample comprising experts in architecture, restoration, and urban planning was selected. Data collection was facilitated using a structured questionnaire, while structural equation modeling was utilized for data analysis.
