fa شناسایی ابعاد حفاظت از میراث ناملموس در مداخلات معاصر حریم اماکن تاریخی (مورد پژوهی: مجموعه میراث جهانی بازار تاریخی تبریز) Identifying the dimensions of protection of intangible heritage in contemporary interventions of the privacy of historical places (case study: World Heritage Collection of Tabriz Historical Bazaar) معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article اماکن تاریخی به مثابه موجودات زنده به حیات خود در مداخلات موضعی معاصر ادامه می دهند. بسیاری از این اماکن در راستای رفع نیاز کنشگران معاصر، بایستی به بررسی معیارهای توسعه پایدار بپردازند. در غیر اینصورت متحمل صدمات جبران ناپذیری خواهند شد. علیرغم مطالعات متعدد در زمینه مداخلات معاصر، غیبت آشکار تحقیقات جامعی در راستای حفاظت از میراث ناملموس احساس می شود. از اینرو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی متغیرهای مستلزم صیانت از میراث ناملموس حاکم بر حریم مجموعه میراث جهانی بازار تاریخی تبریز بر حفظ ارزش های زمینه ای و پایدار تاکید می ورزد. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی- کمی از نوع آمیخته با جمع آوری اطلاعات و تحلیل اکتشافی عاملی می باشد. از حیث استخراج متغیرهای صیانت همسو با ارزش های ناملموس با تایید 10 نفر از کارشناسان این حوزه 13 بنای شاخص و خاطره انگیز انتخاب شد. پرسشنامه هایی برمبنای معیارهای مستخرج  با 69 سوال در بین 110 نفر از ساکنان محدوده مورد مطالعه توزیع گردید. پس از کاوش در نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها از طریق آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تجزیه و تحلیل با بهره گیری از آزمون میانگین، تحلیل ساختاری و رگسیون خطی چند متغیره، ضریب پایای آلفای کرونباخ 0.855 در تحلیل توسط نرم افزار SPSS بیانگر قابل اعتماد بودن ابزار تحقیق می باشد. نتایج حاکی از آنست که امنیت، تعاملات اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی، دسترسی، سر زندگی، فرم کالبدی به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را بر عملکرد، مقیاس، فرم کالبدی، خط افق، دسترسی و طول عمر بناها در مقوله حفاظت از میراث ناملموس در حریم مجموعه جهانی بازار تاریخی تبریز به خود اختصاص داده اند.   Identifying the most suitable strategy for the adaptive reuse of historic architectural heritage is a complex challenge. This is because each rehabilitation project of an abandoned historic building must not only ensure the simultaneous pursuit of social, cultural and financial goals, but also the transmission of tangible and intangible values to future generations. Knowledge of contemporary urban interventions and plans and their integration with the reality that the environment according to the society's culture will be highly accepted in its regeneration and protection. it will bring social solidarity and social structure in traditional, cultural, social, semantic, spatial, and economic fields. Therefore, its protection is important for the survival of living intangible heritage and neglected intangible heritage according to UNESCO conventions. "Place and memory, meaning: preservation of intangible values in buildings and areas "reveals the necessity of investigation. Because the place should be looked at in more complex and deeper dimensions. From this point of view, the urban space is studied not only based on its physical and formal existence, but also on the social and cultural context in which it emerged, the forces of power that shaped it, and the actors who play a role in. Historic sites continue their existence as living entities through contemporary local interventions. Many of these sites must examine the criteria for sustainable development to address the needs of contemporary actors, or else they will suffer irreparable damage. Despite numerous studies on contemporary interventions, there is a glaring lack of comprehensive research aimed at protecting intangible heritage. This study aims to identify the variables required to preserve the intangible heritage governing the buffer zone of the Tabriz Historical Bazaar World Heritage Site, emphasizing the preservation of contextual and sustainable values. The mixed-method research approach involves qualitative and quantitative data collection and exploratory factor analysis. To extract variables aligned with intangible values, 13 iconic and memorable buildings were selected with the confirmation of 10 experts in the field. A questionnaire with 69 questions was distributed among 110 residents in the study area. After testing the normality of data distribution using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the analysis employed means tests, structural analysis, and multiple linear regression. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.855 indicates the trustworthiness of the research instrument. The results show that security, social interactions, quality of life, accessibility, vitality, and physical form have the greatest impact on the performance, scale, physical form, skyline, accessibility, and longevity of buildings in the protection of intangible heritage within the buffer zone of the Tabriz Historical Bazaar World Heritage Site.   حفاظت, میراث ناملموس, مداخلات معاصر, بازار تاریخی تبریز.
