fa برنامه مدیریت حفاظت از باغ‌های تاریخی ایران با رویکرد حفظ یکپارچگی تاریخی مرمت Maremat پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-family:Cambria,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">قدم نخست در فرآیند حفاظت از باغ‌های تاریخی با تعریف مبانی نظری‌ای که با درک ماهیت باغ آن را یک کلیت واحد در نظر گیرد، آغاز می‌شود. باغ‌های تاریخی به علت ارزش‌ها، نقش تاریخی و اهمیت میراثی آن نیازمند توجه و مراقبت ویژه است. در مواجهه با گستردگی و پیچیدگی جوانب گوناگون شکل‌دهنده باغ‌های تاریخی و با هدف حفاظت از ارزش‌های میراثی آنان این سؤال مطرح می‌شود که؛ &nbsp;با چه ساختاری می‌توان جوانب گوناگون در فرآیند حفاظت از باغ‌های تاریخی را مورد شناسایی قرار داد و با چه رویکردی همه‌ جوانب این امر را در عین در نظرداشتن تفاوت‌های ماهوی هر اثر مورد آسیب‌شناسی قرار داده و نسبت به ارائه طرح حفاظت اقدام کرد. در این مقاله با استفاده از متون مرتبط با منظر فرهنگی، منشور بورا، منشور فلورانس، منشور ونیز و مقالات و کتب مرتبط با موضوع حفاظت از باغ‌ها و مناظر تاریخی، چهارچوب و فرآیند‌هایی برای دستیابی به برنامه مدیریت حفاظت¹، متأثر از تجارت جهانی، معرفی خواهد شد. صحت کارآمدی رویکرد مطرح شده با استناد به؛ تجارب بین‌المللی، بازبینی‌های متعدد انجام گرفته در مبانی مداخله توسط متخصصان دانشگاهی مرتبط و جهان‌شمولی توصیه‌ها ارائه شده است. همچنین با هدف حفاظت از ابنیه موجود در باغ‌های تاریخی توصیه‌های جامعه محافظت از بناهای تاریخی² و همپوشانی آنان با اصول منشور ونیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته که بستری مناسب برای انتخاب شیوه حفاظت در ابنیه تاریخی مرتبط با باغ را فراهم آورد. در نهایت، محصول این پژوهش بستری برای حفاظت از ارزش‌های میراثی باغ‌های تاریخی ارائه کرده است. این محصول به شکل ساختارمند پنج مرحله را برای این هدف ارائه کرده است که تمامی اقدامات مرتبط با شناخت، آسیب‌شناسی، درمان و طرح حفاظت را در خود جای داده و فرآیندهای مشخص را به این منظور ارائه کرده است.</span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The theoretical foundations that take into account the nature of the garden as a whole are defined as the first step in the process of protecting historical gardens. The purpose of this article is to establish a framework for the creation of the theoretical foundations for the preservation of Iran&#39;s historical gardens, Due to their values, historical significance. In Conservation Principles, Policies and Guidance for The Sustainable Management of The Historic Environment Heritage published in 2008 values are classified according to: Evidential Values, Historical Values, Aesthetic Values and Communal Values. This article, using texts related to the cultural landscape, the Bora Charter, the Florence Charter, the Venice Charter, and articles and books related to the protection of gardens and historical landscapes, the framework and processes to achieve the conservation management plan, affected by global experiences are introduced. The proposed protection measures have been carried out using books and resources published by some Iranian garden researchers and organizations responsible for the protection of historical gardens in England, which has a long history in landscape design and protection of historical gardens. The effectiveness of the approach suggested is supported by international experiences, numerous revisions to the intervention&#39;s fundamentals made by relevant academic experts, and general recommendations. Additionally, to safeguard the already-existing structures in the historical gardens, the Society for the Protection of Historical Buildings&#39; recommendations and how closely they conform to the principles of the Venice Charter have been examined. This research offers a solid foundation on which to decide how to safeguard the garden&#39;s heritage values. The result of the article was briefly presented in a table entitled the processes of the management program for the protection of historical gardens and the input and output documents of each stage of the program in three sections: input documents, processes and output documents. The input documents section was divided based on architectural system, planting system, water system, landscape system and functional system. the processes required to obtain the documents of the protection management program are presented in the following order: 1. Management of the integrity of the protection program 2. Protection of the texture and connection of environmental components with the garden 3. Allocating use to the garden 4. Protection of the building related to the garden 5. Protection of the natural components of the garden (plants and trees) 6. Protection of landscape architectural features.
