fa بازتفسیر طرحواره های خانه های تاریخی لاهیجان با هدف ارائه رهیافت های هویت ساز در طراحی ساختارهای معاصر در زمینه تاریخی معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">ظهور طرح‌های معماری معاصر که اغلب از بافت تاریخی شهر جدا شده‌اند، نگرانی‌هایی را در مورد از دست دادن احتمالی اصالت و حس مکان ایجاد کرده و فقدان راهبردهای هویت‌ساز در طراحی این ساختارهای مدرن، خطر گسستن تداوم روایت فرهنگی و فرسایش بافت اجتماعی</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">را به دنبال دارد. خانه‌های تاریخی با ویژگی‌های متافیزیکی و شهودی متمایز خود، مظهر میراث ملموس و ناملموس غنی هر منطقه است و شهرنشینی سریع و تقاضا برای ساختار های معاصر، تهدید مهمی در مقابل حفظ این گنجینه های تاریخی- فرهنگی ایجاد می نماید. از این رو پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است که ضمن شناسایی و بازتفسیر طرحواره های خانه های تاریخی لاهیجان، به شاخص ها و راهبردهایی دست یابد که ضامن هویت سازی و تقویت یکپارچگی ساختارهای معاصر در زمینه تاریخی خود باشد. مقاله حاضر به لحاظ هدف توسعه ای -کاربردی و از لحاظ روش شناسی توصیفی-تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای و بررسی های میدانی می باشد. جهت تایید روابط و آزمون فرضیات، داده های مرحله میدانی مستخرج از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، با حجم نمونه 80 نفراز ساکنان و متخصصین و اساتید دانشگاه در شهر لاهیجان بوده و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نیز از نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">pls</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"> بهره گرفته شده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش، معناداری رابطه مولفه های مستخرج در گونه شناسی معنایی-کالبدی خانه های تاریخی لاهیجان با ترتیب اثر طرحواره های (اقلیمی، سبک زندگی، عملکردی و محرمیت) و تداوم هویت در بافت تاریخی منطقه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. به طورکلی این مطالعه نشان می دهد که کیفیت ارتباط میان اجزا در طرحواره عملکردی، عرصه بندی فضایی در طرحواره محرمیت، معیار فرهنگی در طرحواره سبک زندگی و تناسبات و ترکیب عناصر در طرحواره اقلیمی از مهم ترین جنبه هایی است که در طراحی معماری معاصر در بافت تاریخی لاهیجان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد تا به توان به تقویت پایداری فرهنگی محیط شهری و تداوم هویت منحصربه ‌فرد لاهیجان برای نسل‌های آینده دست یافت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The emergence of contemporary architectural designs, which are often separated from the historical context of the city, has created concerns about the possible loss of authenticity and sense of place, and the lack of identity-building strategies in the design of these modern structures poses the risk of breaking the continuity of the cultural narrative and eroding the social fabric. . Historical houses, with their distinctive metaphysical and intuitive characteristics, are the embodiment of the rich tangible and intangible heritage of each region, and rapid urbanization and the demand for contemporary structures pose an important threat to the preservation of these historical-cultural treasures. Therefore, the current research seeks to identify and reinterpret the schematics of historical houses in Lahijan, and to find indicators and strategies that guarantee the identification and strengthening of the integrity of contemporary structures in their historical context. This article is based on the developmental-applicative goal and descriptive-analytical methodology based on library studies and field surveys. In order to confirm the relationships and test the hypotheses, the data of the field stage was extracted from the researcher&#39;s questionnaire, with a sample size of 80 residents, experts and university professors in Lahijan city, and pls software was used for analysis. Based on the findings of the research, the significance of the relationship of the extracted components in the semantic-physical typology of historical houses of Lahijan was confirmed with the order of effect of schemas (climatic, lifestyle, functional and privacy) and continuity of identity in the historical context of the region. In general, this study shows that the quality of communication between components in the functional schema, the spatial arena in the privacy schema, the cultural criteria in the lifestyle schema, and the proportions and combination of elements in the climatic schema are among the most important aspects in the design of contemporary architecture in context.
