fa بررسی نقش انعطاف پذیری فضاهای عمومی شهری در اجتماع پذیری و سرزندگی مکان سوم (مطالعه موردی: پارک ملل شهر ساری) معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">امروزه برخی از پارک‌های شهری به اختصاص بخش بزرگی از سرانه‌های شهری به رغم توجه به مسائل زیست محیطی چندان اجتماع&shy;پذیر و سرزنده نبوده و حتی در برخی موارد، خود به عنوان فضایی معضل مطرح شده‌اند. بدین منظور هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش میزان انعطاف پذیری و تأثیر آن بر اجتماع&shy;پذیری و سرزندگی و شناسایی سهم هر کدام از عوامل مؤثر بر فضای شهری در تحقق فضای عمومی موفق می‌باشد. همچنین تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی است و از لحاظ زمانی از نوع تحقیقات مقطعی آینده&shy;نگر و از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ فرآیند جزء روش کمی محسوب می&shy;شود. تحقیق حاضر در وهله اول غیر آزمایشی می باشد، در مرتبه دوم، این پژوهش ها مدل های مختلفی دارند که بعضی صرفا جهت توصیف می باشند، بعضی دیگر از پژوهش ها که در واقع این پژوهش جزو این دسته است، از نوع همبستگی می باشد. در این نوع از مطالعات همبستگی، روابط بین متغیر ها بررسی می شوند. همچنین روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش، روش آزمون سازی می باشد که برای ساختن آزمون به ازای هر آیتم تقریبا یازده نفر انتخاب</span> <span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">شد؛ که تعداد(464نفر)، به عنوان نمونه و ملاک قرار گرفت، و بین این تعداد شهروند پرسشنامه توزیع شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق همبستگی و رگرسیون، معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Lizrel,Spss</span> <span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش&nbsp; نشان داد، پارک ملل با امتیاز اجتماع&shy;پذیری(17/3) و انعطاف&shy;پذیری(01/3) شرایط متوسطی دارد؛ و با امتیاز سرزندگی(86/2)،سرزنده نمی باشد. همچنین با کمرنگ شدن سرزندگی فضای شهری، فضاها رنگ و بوی فضایی خاموش به خود می‌گیرند و به مرور زمان مولفه‌های دیگر موفقیت در فضا نیز قابلیت خود را از دست می‌دهند و بدین گونه فضای شهری به فضایی صرفاً جهت عبور تبدیل می‌شود. اما راهکار پژوهشگر این است، تا از طریق تقویت و ارتقا شاخص سرزندگی و با کاتالیزوری به نام انعطاف&shy;پذیری، فضای عمومی را از حالت خاموش خارج نمود و به فضایی اجتماع&shy;پذیر و موفق دست یافت.&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">Today, some urban parks are not very sociable and lively despite paying attention to environmental issues, and even in some cases, they have been raised as problematic spaces. For this purpose, the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of flexibility and its effect on sociability and vitality and to identify the contribution of each of the factors affecting the urban space in the realization of a successful public space. Also, the current research is descriptive-analytical research in terms of its nature, and in terms of time, it is a prospective cross-sectional research, and in terms of its purpose, it is part of applied research, and in terms of process, it is considered part of quantitative method.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> First of all, the current research is non-experimental, secondly, these researches have different models, some of which are only for description, some other researches, in fact, this research is part of this category, are of the correlation type. In this type of correlation studies, relationships between variables are investigated. Also, the sampling method in this research is the test-making method, in which approximately eleven people were selected for each item; The number (464 people) was set as a sample and criterion, and a questionnaire was distributed among this number of citizens. Data analysis was done through correlation and regression, structural equations in Lizrel, Spss software. The results of the research showed that National Park has average conditions with sociability (3.17) and flexibility (3.01); And with the vitality score (2.86), it is not lively. Also, as the vitality of the urban space fades, the spaces take on the color and smell of a silent space, and over time, other components of success in the space also lose their ability, and thus the urban space becomes a space just for passing.
