fa مقایسه‌ تطبیقی رویکردهای طراحیِ میان بافت تاریخی در راهنماها و دستورالعمل‌های طراحی ملّی و منطقه‌ای مرمت Maremat مروري Review Article <span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">حفاظت از بافت تاریخی به روش افزودن ساختارهای جدید به آن در اکثر موارد با ارجاع به اسناد تدوین‌شده از سوی سازمان‌های بین‌المللی انجام می شود. این درحالی است که این اسناد، بیشتر اصول کلّی را مطرح کرده‌اند و این، راهنماهای طراحیِ ملّی و منطقه‌ای هستند که دقیق‌تر و مبتنی بر شرایط، رویکردهای مطرح در اسناد بی‌المللی را بسط می‌دهند. از این رو، بررسی آن‌ها در کنار و به دنبال اسناد بین‌المللی اهمیّت دارد؛ مطالعه‌ای که تا به حال صورت نگرفته است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر، با صورت‌بندیِ موضع پیشنهادی در راهنماهای ملّی و منطقه‌ای، در قالب رویکردهای طراحی، از چیستی‌شان می پرسد. بدین منظور، داده‌های مورد نیاز با مطالعه‌ی اسناد مرتبط گردآوری و بر اساس ساختار رویکرد در سه سطح نگرش، راهبرد و روش کدگذاری شدند. در ادامه بر مبنای مقایسه‌ی تطبیقیِ کدهای حاصل، رویکردهای پیشنهادی توصیف شدند. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که در رویکرد طراحی پیشنهادی از سوی سازمان‌های ملّی و منطقه‌ای، نگرش مبنا، سندانگاری و بافت‌شهری‌انگاریِ بافت تاریخی است. متأثر از این نگرش، برای حفاظت از سندیّت بافت، اجتناب از تغییر و در عین حال برای دوام آن به عنوان بافت شهری، ایجاد تغییر ضروری است. بر این اساس، به منظور طرح توآمان‌شان، در سطح راهبرد به مدیریت تغییر با ارجاع به ویژگی‌های بافت تاریخی توصیه شده است. بنابراین، طرحی هماهنگ با بافت تاریخی روش مطلوب است که امکان بیان‌های نوآورانه در آن به شرط سازگاری و هماهنگی وجود دارد. در این میان پهار سند این موضع گیری را مشروط تعریف می کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The conservation of historical districts done by adding new structures to it, in most cases, is based on documents compiled by international organizations. This is while these documents have put forward most of the general principles and these are the national and regional design guides that expand the approaches more precise and based on the conditions at a more defined level. Hence, it is important to analyze them alongside international documents; A study that has not been done so far. In this regard, the current research, by formulating the position suggested in national and regional guidelines, is focused on what they are in the form of design approaches. For this purpose, the required data were collected by studying related documents and coded based on the structure of the approach in three levels: attitude, strategy and method. Then, based on the comparative study of the resulting codes, the proposed approaches were described. The results show that in the design approach proposed by national or regional organizations, the basic attitude is seeing historic Districts as a document and part of a city. Influenced by this attitude, it is necessary to avoid change in order to protect the authenticity of the fabric, and at the same time, for its sustainability as an urban fabric, it is necessary to make a change. Based on this, at the level of strategy, change management with reference to the characteristics of the historical context is recommended. Therefore, a design in harmony with the historic district is desirable, in which there is a possibility of innovative expressions, provided that it is compatible. In the meantime, three design guidelines define this position depending on the conditions.
