fa واکاوی مشکلات بافت‌های تاریخی در ایران در نگاهی جامع به کمک نرم افزار اطلس تی معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">بافت‌های تاریخی هر شهر دارای ارزش‌های منحصربه‌فرد تاریخی و فرهنگی بوده و از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های هویتی هر جامعه محسوب می‌شوند. شناسایی مشکلات این محدوده‌ها و ارائه مدلی جامع از مشکلات به‌عنوان گام اول در بررسی معضلات بافت</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">‌</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">ها و رفع مسائل آن‌ها بسیار حائز اهمیت است. </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">این مقاله </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">باهدف شناسایی &laquo;مشکلات بافت‌های تاریخی در ایران&raquo;، به بررسی و تحلیل پژوهش‌های صورت‌گرفته در 10 سال اخیر در این حوزه با رویکردی کیفی پرداخته است تا به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که مشکلات بافت‌های تاریخی </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">در ایران در نگاهی جامع شامل چه مواردی هستند و چه ابعادی را پوشش می‌دهند.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"> بدین منظور بعد از تحلیل محتوای مقالات و منابع منتخب</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">، مشکلات </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">بافت‌های تاریخی در نرم‌افزار اطلس‌تی‌آی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">هشت </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">به کمک کدگذاری باز و محوری استخراج شدند. تعداد 97 کد تعیین‌شده در قالب 11 گروه یا مقوله کلی دسته‌بندی گردید و در انتها مدل جامعی از </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">مشکلات بافت‌های تاریخی در ایران</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"> ارائه شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده به ترتیب؛</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"> 1) نبود مدیریت یکپارچه در مرمت و بهسازی، 2) نبود شرایط مناسب زیست در محلات بافت تاریخی، 3) از بین رفتن انسجام ساختاری، 4) مشکلات دسترسی و تردد در بافت، 5) ناکارآمدی کاربری‌ها و خدمات شهری، 6) نبود پایداری فیزیکی، 7) وجود مشکلات اقتصادی، 8) افت سطح اجتماعی، 9) نبود امنیت کافی، 10) فرسودگی و وضعیت نامناسب منظر بافت و 11) کمرنگ شدن هویت و فرهنگ تاریخی، یازده مشکل بافت‌های تاریخی هستند که شناخت آن‌ها قبل از هر اقدامی در این محدوده‌ها ضروری بوده و تضمین‌کننده نتیجه بخشی طرح‌های بازآفرینی شهری، مرمت و بازسازی خواهد بود.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The historical tissues of every city have unique historical and cultural values and are considered as one of the most important parts of the identity of every society. It is very important to identify the problems of these areas and provide a comprehensive model of their problems as the first step in investigating the problems of tissues and solving them. With the aim of identifying the &quot;problems of historical tissues in Iran&quot;, this article has reviewed and analyzed the research conducted in the last 10 years in this field with a qualitative approach in order to answer the question of what the problems of historical tissues in Iran include in a comprehensive view and what dimensions do they cover? For this purpose, after analyzing the content of the selected articles and sources, the problems of historical tissues were extracted in the ATLAS TI 8 software with the help of open and axial coding. The number of 97 determined codes were categorized into 11 groups or general categories, and at the end, a comprehensive model of the problems of historical tissues in Iran was presented.
