fa ارزیابی عوامل کالبدی- فضایی موثر بر سالمندپذیری فضای اقامت سالمندان‌. نمونه موردی:سالمندان منطقه ۳ و ساکنین خانه سالمندان شاهرود معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با نظر به جایگاه سالمندی در فرهنگ دینی و با توجه به تاثیر معماری فضای زندگی سالمندان بر سلامت روحی و جسمی، در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر ویژگیهای کالبدی- فضایی در کیفیت سالمندپذیری فضا(فضای مطلوب سالمندان) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. عوامل کالبدی و مولفه‌های سالمندپذیری در قالب دو پرسشنامه طراحی گردیده است. نمره روایی پرسشنامه‌ سالمندپذیری 841/0 و پرسشنامه عوامل کالبدی 501/0است. جامعه آماری سالمندان بالای 65 سال منطقه 3 شهر شاهرود و ساکنین خانه سالمندان ثامن‌الأئمه شاهرود هستند. تحلیل 120پرسشنامه با نرم‌افزار </span></span>spss<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> صورت‌گرفته‌است. آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف برای سنجش نرمال بودن متغیرها و آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، </span></span>T<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مستقل،</span></span>T<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">وابسته، </span></span>F<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">لوین، تحلیل واریانس یک راهه، تعقیبی توکی و رگرسیون اجراگردیده است. ارتباط معنادار بین عوامل کالبدی- فضایی و میزان سالمندپذیری تایید شد اما واریانس تبیین شده در دامنه مطلوب قرار ندارد که به دلیل محدودیت‌های ذهنی و وضعیت جسمی ساکنین این مرکز قابل پیش‌بینی بود. نتیجه رگرسیون چنین نشان می‌دهد که مولفه امید به زندگی و سپس عدم تنهایی،کرامت، حس خانه و خودکارآمدی، بیشترین تاثیر را از کیفیت فضایی می‌گیرند، بنابراین با تامین ویژگی‌های کالبدی مورد سنجش می‌توان حس امید به زندگی را در بین سالمندان افزایش ارتقا داد. همچنین بر اساس نتیجه رگرسیون، منظر مناسب، دسترسی و عوامل عملکردی بیشترین ارتباط و تاثیر را برایجاد فضای مناسب برای اقامت سالمندان دارند. ارتباط معناداری نیز بین میزان مولفه‌های سالمندپذیری و محل اقامت سالمندان در سه دسته؛ خانه شخصی ویلایی، آپارتمانی و خانه سالمندان وجود دارد و خانه شخصی ویلایی نسبت به آپارتمان و خانه سالمندان، فضای مناسب‌تری برای سکونت سالمندان ارزیابی شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt">: </span>Aging is associated with physical and mental limitations<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt">.</span> Due to the increasing population of the elderly, it is necessary to pay attention to the needs and problems of them<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt">. </span>As for the impact of Spatial model on human behavior, the quality of living environment of the elderly affects their mental and physical health. In this study, physical elements that affect the aging of the elderly living environment.&nbsp; have been considered.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Physical factors are divided into two categories: Functional-activity and Physical-perceptual. Aging factors are also divided into three categories: Vitality, Self-esteem and Self-reliance. The elderly of district 3 and nursing home of Shahroud City have been investigated as case study.<span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-size:14.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods: 330questionnaires obtained with Cochran&#39;s formula were answered by the statistical population. In this research, descriptive statistical methods including mean and standard deviation and frequency of demographic variables have been used. Also, in order to examine the hypothesis of the study, inferential tests of Pearson correlation coefficient, one-way analysis of variance, multiple linear regression have been used based on independent and dependent variables. The data derived from the questionnaires is analyzed based on numerical method and has been implemented using SPSS software.<b>Results</b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">: </span>Pearson correlation coefficient test shows a positive and significant relationship between two variables with a coefficient of <span cambria="" style="font-family:">0.79</span> and a significance level of <span cambria="" style="font-family:">0.001</span>.<br> Levin F test is confirmed to evaluate the assumption of equality of variances with F = <span cambria="" style="font-family:">0.56</span> and significance level of 0.45. Life expectancy with the Beta 0.35 has the greatest impact on the physical quality of space. <b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">Conclusion</span></span></b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">:</span></span> There is a noticeable relationship between the physical factors of living environment and space aging. . Based on the results obtained from multiple linear regression, the component of life expectancy and then the sense of loneliness has the most relationship with the physical type of space and the component of faith has the least relationship with the type of place of residence.
