fa تبیین نحوه شکل‌گیری فرم نمای اصلی خانه‌های بعد از انقلاب اسلامی در اصفهان Explaining the formation of the main facade form of houses after the Islamic revolution in Isfahan معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article سیمای شهری و فرم نمای اصلی خانه‌ها بعد از انقلاب اسلامی دستخوش تغییراتی شده و انسجام و یکپارچگی خود را از دست داده که تحت تأثیر جهانی شدن و دوره مدرن بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش فردگرایی، به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های دوره مدرن و یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر فرم نمای اصلی خانه‌های شهر اصفهان در بازه زمانی از سال 1357 تا آخر سال 1396 شمسی میباشد. در این تحقیق 135 خانه در شهر اصفهان انتخاب و پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با بهره‌گیری از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی انجام شده است و یافته‌ها طبق روش کیفی و از طریق مقایسه و تفسیر، تحلیل شده‌اند. تا کنون مطالعات زیادی درباره اثر متقابل محیط و انسان بر یکدیگر انجام شده، ولی بررسی اثر فردگرایی بر نمای ساختمان‌ها برای اولین در این تحقیق انجام شد. در سنت اعتبار بر پایه خانواده بود ولی در دوره مدرن این اعتبار فردی شد لذا خانه‌ها خصلت فردگرایی خود را با متمایز بودن فرم نما از سایر خانه‌ها و نیز نمایش آن بیان می‌کنند. بین سالهای 1357 الی 1371تمایز بین خانه ها از نظر فرم  بسیار کم بود در سال‌های 1372 الی 1391 تمایل به ایجاد تمایز در شکل نما و در بعضی موارد، مصالح افزایش می‌یابد و در بین سال‌های 1392 الی 1396 آخر تحقیق هیچ دو خانه ای از نظر فرم شبیه به هم نبودند و مصالح گران قیمت علاوه بر شکل متفاوت موجب متمایز شدن خانه‌ها می‌شد. خانه‌ها در سال‌های ابتدایی تحقیق درونگرا بودند که با گذشت زمان روند تغییر یافته و خانه ها برونگرا شدند به نحوی که در 15 سال آخر دوره تحقیق تمام نمونه های جمع آوری شده برونگرا بودند. تحقیق نشان داد که تمایل به بیشتر دیده شدن خانه با انتخاب زمین‌هایی که بیشتر با گذر در ارتباط هستند در دوره تحقیق افزایش معناداری داشته است.    After the Islamic revolution, the urban appearance and the main facade of the houses have undergone changes and lost their coherence and integrity, which has been influenced by globalization and the modern period. The aim of the current research is to explain the role of individualism as one of the components of the modern period and one of the factors affecting the main facade form of the houses of Isfahan city in the period from 1979 to the end of 2018. In this research, 135 houses in the city of Isfahan have been selected and researched by descriptive-analytical method using library documents and field studies, and the findings have been analyzed according to the qualitative method and through comparison and interpretation. So far, many studies have been conducted on the mutual effect of the environment and humans on each other, but the investigation of the effect of individualism on the facade of buildings was done for the first time in this research. In the tradition, credit was based on the family, but in the modern era, this credit became individualized, so the houses express their individualism by being different from other houses and showing them. Between the years 1979 and 1993, the difference between the houses in terms of form was very little. In the years 1994 and 2013, the tendency to create distinction in the shape of the facade and in some cases, the materials increased, and between the years 2014 and 2018, the end of the research, no two houses in terms of formThey were not alike, and the expensive materials, in addition to their different shapes, made the houses stand out. The houses were introverted in the early years of the research, but with the passage of time, the trend changed and the houses became extroverted, so that in the last 15 years of the research period, all the collected samples were extroverted.
