fa انتخاب ساختگاهی مناسب برای ساخت مجموعه گردشگری- اقامتی در منطقه کویری با استفاده از روش AHP نمونه ‌موردی: شهرستان خوروبیابانک معماري و شهرسازي معماري و شهرسازي پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span lang="AR-YE">در سالیان اخیر، توجه ویژه‌ای به اصول توسعه پایدار به‌عنوان رویکردی جامع با هدف بهبود کیفیت زندگی، در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی شده است که دراین‌میان، گردشگری یکی از زمینه‌های بسط توسعه پایدار محسوب می‌گردد. سهم عمده‌ای از مساحت کشور ایران به مناطق کویری و بیابانی جذاب اختصاص یافته که باعث می‌شود قابلیت تبدیل به یکی از بهترین مقاصد گردشگری کویری را داشته باشد. مبانی نوین توسعه پایدار، حول محور توسعه بومی و بهره‌گیری از تنوع‌های مکانی- فضایی استوار است و از این منظر، درکنار احترام به ویژگی‌های طبیعی، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و میراث معماری مناطق کویری، می‌توان به توسعه پایدار این مناطق دست یافت. درکنار بستر طبیعی موجود در مناطق کویری و جذبه‌ فراوان آن برای طیف‌های گسترده‌ای از انواع گردشگری، باید مجموعه‌های گردشگری- اقامتی در این مناطق وجود داشته باشند که ضمن خدمت‌رسانی به مردم بومی، به‌عنوان مقصد اسکان گردشگران در این مناطق انتخاب شوند.</span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><font size="4">ساخت و طراحی مجموعه‌های گردشگری- اقامتی از ابعاد مختلفی تشکیل می‌گردد که باتوجه‌به ماهیت موضوع و بستر طراحی، انتخاب ساختگاه مناسب را می‌توان اولین قدم و یکی از مراحل مؤثر بر نتیجه نهایی طراحی دانست. حال پرسشی که در ذهن متبادر می‌گردد این است که روند منطقی این انتخاب به چه صورت می‌تواند انجام پذیرد. عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب نهایی چیست و درنهایت، میزان تأثیرگذاری آنها چگونه مشخص خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال ارائه پیشنهاد مسیری منطقی برای انتخاب ساختگاه مناسب مجموعه‌های گردشگری- اقامتی کویری ازمیان مجموعه‌ای مشخص از انتخاب‌ها به‌صورت قیاس منطقی است. در این پژوهش، معیارهای موردِمطالعه براساس مطالعات انجام‌شده توسط سایر محققین و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و خبرگان ازطریق پرسش‌نامه‌های خبره انتخاب شده و در مرحله بعد، براساس روش </font><font face="Minion Pro" size="2"><font face="Minion Pro" size="2">P</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><font face="Times New Roman" size="2">HA</font></font><font size="2"> </font><font size="4">(روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی در تصمیم‌گیری)، به بررسی معیارها و اثرگذاری آنها بر فرایند انتخاب ساختگاه اقدام شده است. به‌منظور مشخص‌شدن کارکرد منطق پیشنهادی، شهرستان خوروبیابانک در استان اصفهان به‌عنوان یکی از مناطقی که قابلیت ایجاد گردشگری کویری را دارد، به‌عنوان بستر مطالعاتی بررسی و سپس ازمیان شش گزینه‌ مشخص‌شده در این شهرستان، منطقه‌ موردِنظر در روستای مصر به‌عنوان گزینه نهایی انتخاب شده است.</font></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span lang="AR-YE">In recent years, particular attention has been given to the principles of sustainable development as a comprehensive approach with the aim of improving the quality of life, in economic, social and environmental aspects. Among these contexts, tourism is one of the fields in which sustainable development can be outspread. In addition, significant proportion of Iran&rsquo;s area consists of desert region that can be considered to have a potentiality of becoming one of the best tourist destinations across these areas. The recent principles of sustainable development are based on indigenous development and utilization of geospatial diversity. From this point of view, while respecting the natural, cultural and social features as well as the architectural heritage in the desert regions, these areas could be considered as sustainable tourism targets. In addition to the existing natural environment in the desert regions and their strong attraction for the extensive ranges of tourism types, the touristic and residential complexes are necessary not only to support the needs of the local residents, but also to serve as the accommodational choice of the tourists in these areas. </span></p> <p><span lang="AR-YE">Design and construction of such complexes are consisted of several factors, and when considering the essence of the issue and the context of the design, the site selection would be the first and one of the most effective steps towards achieving the final design. Then, the questions of this study are what the logical process of the site selection would be, and eventually, what the most effective factors are in this process; also, how the amount of impact factor in each criterion could be identified. As a consequence, the aim of this study is to propose a logical procedure for a proper site selection for the similar desert resort complexes among the specific choices through a logical comparison. The criteria used in this study are derived from previous studies, along with the expert interviews developed through questionnaires; subsequently, based on the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process), these criteria and their influence on the site selection process have been surveyed.
