fa توسعه مدل دوقلوی دیجیتال برای مدیریت پویای حفاظت شهری؛ مطالعه موردی محله تاریخی تخت‌گنبد اصفهان مرمت Maremat پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">حاضر</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با هدف توسعه یک مدل دوقلوی دیجیتال برای ارتقای مدیریت پویای حفاظت در محله تاریخی تخت‌گنبد اصفهان انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش، محدودیت روش‌های سنتی مستندسازی و مدیریت میراث شهری در مواجهه با تغییرات سریع کالبدی و مدیریتی در بافت‌های تاریخی است که امکان پایش مستمر و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر شواهد را با چالش مواجه می‌سازد. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که چگونه می‌توان با بهره‌گیری از فناوری دوقلوی دیجیتال، فرآیند حفاظت از بافت تاریخی را از مستندسازی ایستا به مدیریتی پویا، پیش‌بینانه و داده‌محور ارتقا داد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش، تحلیلی ـ تاریخی است. داده‌های مکانی، کالبدی و توصیفی از منابع مستند، مطالعات میدانی و نقشه‌های تاریخی گردآوری و در محیط </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">ArcGIS Pro </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پردازش و یکپارچه شدند. سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">CityEngine </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و قواعد رویه‌ای </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">CGA</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، مدل سه‌بعدی هوشمند محله توسعه یافت. عملکرد مدل از طریق تحلیل سناریوهای زمانی (مقایسه وضعیت محله در سال‌های(1335 ،</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">۱۳۵۴</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">،1361و </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">۱۴۰3) </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای مداخله کالبدی و تطبیق نتایج با مستندات و نقشه‌های مرجع ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد مدل توسعه‌یافته علاوه بر بازنمایی سه‌بعدی بافت تاریخی، قابلیت یکپارچه‌سازی داده‌های مکانی و توصیفی، تحلیل روند تغییرات دربازه‌های زمانی مختلف، شبیه‌سازی پیامدهای مداخلات پیشنهادی و پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری در حفاظت شهری و مدیریت اقتصادی را فراهم می‌کند. در نتیجه، دوقلوی دیجیتال می‌تواند با فراهم‌سازی بستری پویا برای پایش و ارزیابی تغییرات، کیفیت تصمیم‌سازی در مدیریت میراث شهری را ارتقا داده و زمینه را برای برنامه‌ریزی مبتنی بر شواهد و کاهش هزینه‌های بلندمدت حفاظت فراهم سازد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This research is developmental&ndash;applied in terms of its objective and analytical&ndash;historical in terms of its methodology. Spatial, physical, and descriptive data were collected from documentary sources, field surveys, and historical maps, and subsequently processed and integrated using ArcGIS Pro. A three-dimensional intelligent model of the study area was then developed in CityEngine using procedural modeling rules (CGA). The performance of the developed model was evaluated through temporal scenario analysis by comparing the neighborhood&#39;s conditions in 1956, 1975, 1982, and 2024, as well as by simulating physical intervention scenarios and validating the results against historical documentation and reference maps.The findings indicate that, beyond providing a three-dimensional representation of the historic urban fabric, the developed model enables the integration of spatial and descriptive data, the analysis of temporal change patterns, the simulation of proposed intervention scenarios, and decision support for urban heritage conservation and economic management.
