fa بازنمایی و تحلیل ارزش های میراثی محوطه شیلات بندرکیاشهر با رویکرد حفاظت مجموعه معماری مرمت Maremat پژوهشي Research original/ Regular Article <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><a name="_Hlk188033145"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">محوطه میراثی شیلات بندرکیاشهر نمونه ای از میراث معماری معاصر ایران است که در سال 1386 در فهرست آثار ملی ایران به ثبت رسیده است. این محوطه یکی از مراکز اصلی صید، استحصال، فرآوری و فروش آبزیان به ویژه خاویار بوده است. علی رغم از دست دادن کارکرد، موقعیت مکانی احداث آن و همچنین وجود تاسیسات پیشرفته صنعت شیلات به همراه سازه های واجد ارزش معماری که تلفیقی از معماری روسی- ایرانی است، این مجموعه را از لحاظ فرهنگی، تاریخی و شیوه معماری در منطقه متمایز نموده است. هم اکنون این محوطه ارزشمند تقریباً خالی از سکنه بوده و ادامه حیات آن با چالش های جدی مواجه شده است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش بوده است که کدام ارزش ها در ساختار وجودی این مجموعه اثر معماری، انگیزه حفاظت از آن را ایجاد می نماید؟ در این راستا داده ها بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی گرداوری شده اند و از روش پژوهش ترکیبی تاریخی و تحلیلی استفاده شده است. این نوشتار بر آن بوده تا با بازنمایی و بررسی ارزش های معماری - میراثی محوطه مذکور به تبیین مفهوم و راهبرد حفاظت از معماری در محوطه مورد مطالعه دست یابد. جهت دستیابی به هدف مذکور، ارزش های میراثی مجموعه شناسایی و به منظور اتخاذ تصمیمات آگاهانه، بر مبنای هدف و اقدامات مبتنی بر ارزش، طبقه بندی گردید. نتایج حاصل از این طبقه بندی ها برای نخستین بار به ارائه و گونه شناسی سبک های مختلف معماری در مجموعه شده است. در نهایت برای نخستین بار ایده حفاظت از مجموعه شیلات بندرکیاشهر با هدف ارتقای کیفیت های کالبد و عملکرد معماری، احیای ساختار اجتماعی-فرهنگی، حفاظت از زیرساخت های سبز و همچنین شناخت و تقویت هویت تاریخی محوطه مورد مطالعه، با استفاده از نتایج بدست آمده، ارائه شده است. </span></span></a></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The heritage site of Kiashahr port fisheries is an example of contemporary Iranian architectural heritage, and it was registered in Iran&#39;s national monuments in 2007. Nowadays, this valuable area is almost deserted and its life has been facing serious challenges. The research addresses the question of how identifying architectural-legacy values of a historical site encourages conservation? In this regard, data have been collected based on library and field studies. Historical and descriptive research methods have been used. This paper seeks to achieve the concept and strategy of architectural conservation within the studied area by identifying the values ​​of the architectural heritage of the site. To achieve this goal, the heritage values ​​of the set were identified and categorized to make informed decisions based on purpose and value-based measures. These classifications have for the first time resulted in the recognition of different architectural periods.
